FOURTH COMMANDMENT:
Thou shall not spend money you set aside for closing.
FIFTH COMMANDMENT:
Thou shall not omit debts or liabilities from your loan application.
SIXTH COMMANDMENT:
Thou shall not buy furniture.
SEVENTH COMMANDMENT:
Thou shall not originate any inquiries into your credit.
EIGHTH COMMANDMENT:
Thou shall not make large deposits without first checking with your loan officer.
NINTH COMMANDMENT:
Thou shall not change bank accounts.
TENTH COMMANDMENT:
Thou shall not co-sign a loan for anyone.
